CUNY Humanities Alliance program has provided our class with a generous sum of $1000, which will allow us to engage with enrichment activity outside the confines of our classroom. Please share your ideas for fun and intellectually stimulating class activity, and a rationale explaining why that activity would be helpful for our class!
ex. Children of a Lesser God , which will open on Broadway this April, is a play that portrays the professional and romantic relationship between deaf former student and her hearing teacher, and features sign language extensively.

Based on lessons on interpersonal, group and organizational communication, write and act out a 5-7 minute “conflict resolution scenario.”
In pairs, imagine different conflict situations in professional settings and learn how best to resolve them. The assignment will count for 15% of your final grade.
Upload your scenarios in the following steps:
1- Go to Dashboard > Posts >Add New
2-Type your scenario, make sure to include your names.
3-Before publishing your post, select category “Conflict Resolution
Scenarios” (on the right column)
Upload the scenario by Sunday, April 15th, 11:59 pm.
For presentation, make sure you do a timed rehearsal beforehand.
You can read out from the script directly. No need to “act out.”
