After reading the intersection, in order for the playwright to write this play they had to gather facts from individual who might had face these situations. The playwrights uses realistic issue that is consistently a growing condition that most of us bear each and everyday.
In order for me to research or conduct an analysis of intersection i too will have to research individuals or analyze people around me who might be facing situations similar or different to those in intersection. My resources might be a movie i saw or YouTube document that can help me understand more life like situations.
The thing that grabbed me in intersection is the second dialogue in the play when Travis, Janelle learn the seriousness of their Grandma condition and a heated discussion of who will be doing the caring for her.
The challenge that i face doing a research paper is staying with the topic and being able to analyze what i had read. I feel research should be guided by what you get out of what you researched, getting the facts and the motivation that you put into it.

Yes! I love that you’re thinking of life experiences and learning about them (and our own) as a form of research — well done! We’ll talk more on Monday about the possibilities and potentials of the different sources available to help us with our research. As for the challenge of research papers, you’re not alone with that! Please feel free to reach out to me if you want to brainstorm and/or clarify anything, and remember that you’ll have a bunch of time to workshop a lot of this in class with your classmates (and me), so hopefully that will be helpful.
